The pictures are small, about 3x5. Even though most of the statures are post cultural revolution reconstructions they are beautiful. The text is very precise technical treatise. However, I would still recommend it for anyone with a love of Tibet.|About the Author|Gyurme Dorje was born in 1950 in Edinburgh, where he studied classics at George Watson's College, and developed an early interest in Buddhist philosophy.
