This isn't the first book I've read on the subject of church history, though I wish it had been! The book I read was thick, scholarly, and in my opinion, poorly organized. This one, on the other hand, was reader-friendly, well-organized, and written primarily to be UNDERSTOOD. In|About the Author|Justin S. Holcomb (PhD, Emory University) is an Episcopal priest and professor at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and Reformed Theological Seminary. He has written or edited numerous books, including
